It is difficult to slide after assembly of handle cap and base:
There are too many matching parts for the key switch, no main matching reference, and the processed convex and groove width are asymmetric with the center, resulting in the offset. The middle position of the rectangular groove of the handle cap shrinks and deforms into a saddle shape, resulting in the difficulty of sliding after assembly. In view of this situation, the fitting position can be reduced, and the square hole or rectangular hole can be taken as the main fitting position, and the fitting clearance of convex and groove can be widened to avoid over positioning. At the same time, for the larger base, the convex groove in the width direction is removed, and its plane shape is modified, so that the base and the handle cap are only matched on four adjacent sides. After such improvement, after actual assembly, the sliding of the handle cap and the base is refreshing, the movement is flexible and the hand feel is comfortable.
Serious Inclination after assembly of handle cap and base:
The base of the key switch is restored to its original state by the spring force of the compression spring. Only when the spring force of the compression spring in the base is different and the force is uneven, can the tilt state be produced. In a limited range, the positions of the two positioning columns (including the corresponding positioning columns on the base) on the positioning rod on which the compression spring is installed can be moved upward, so that the force points of the compression spring and the conductive spring are basically balanced. At the same time, the diameter of the steel wire of the compression spring should be appropriately thickened to < 0125 mm, so that its elastic force can be appropriately increased, and it is close to the elastic force of the conductive spring. After the above modification and improvement, the actual production assembly of the key switch has no serious tilt.
