1. Weldability test.

2. Welding resistance test.
The temperature of the welding furnace is controlled at 260 (+5 C), the overheating time is 3 (+0.5 seconds), the thickness of the base plate is 1.0, and the temperature of the hand welding should be controlled at 320 (+5 C) for 3 (+0.5 seconds).
Requirements: Must satisfy the body without deformation, the switching switch is satisfied with mechanical and electrical energy.
3. Life test.
No-load: The operator performs 100,000 no-load tests at 60 times per minute.
Requirements: (1) Contact resistance should not exceed 200 m_, (2) other, meet the mechanical and electrical performance.
4. Heat resistance test.
After 96 hours of testing at 85 2 C, the test was conducted at normal room temperature for 1 hour.
Requirements: No abnormal appearance, meet the mechanical and electrical performance.
5. Cold resistance test.
After 96 hours in 90-96% environment, the sample was put in normal environment for 1 hour to test.
Requirements: No abnormal appearance, to meet the mechanical, electrical switching switch performance.
6. Wet test.
After 96 hours in 90-96% environment, the sample was put in normal environment for 1 hour to test.
