The 4x4 touch switch has some important questions to tell you when it is used. The details are described in detail below.
4x4 touch switch can be divided into low-voltage plastic case key switch and low-voltage frame key switch. The former is used for low-voltage low-current, the latter is used for low-voltage high-current, and the low-voltage plastic case circuit breaker is commonly called automatic key switch.
Several definitions of the Chinese national standard GB14048.2 for 4x4 light touch switch (compulsory standard, if you want to know more about low voltage circuit breakers, see this standard):.
1. Circuit Breaker: A mechanical switching device that can turn on, load and break the current under normal circuit conditions, or turn on under specified abnormal circuit (e.g. short circuit), and carry a certain time and breaking current.
2. Plastic case circuit breaker: a circuit breaker with a shell made of moulded insulating material as an integral part of the circuit breaker.
3. Air Circuit Breakers: Circuit Breakers with Contacts Interrupting and Closing in Air at Atmospheric Pressure.
4. Easy to use, safe, easy to open or close, easy to touch the switch in use, open and close state can not obviously hinder the movement or movement of people or objects in the building, and should be able to ease the ground cleaning work, ground sockets should have different levels of protection to adapt to different requirements of the use environment, in order to ensure the safe use of users.
The 4x4 touch switch is reset after power off, that is, the locking mechanism should work in relation to the power supply. The finished product does not seem to be available, because this requirement can be achieved by using a circuit composed of a general button switch and a relay.
But if only one relay (or contactor) is used to control the power supply of the working coil of the relay (contactor) with a group of normally open contacts, the relay weighing iron is used as a switch button. After pressing the weighing iron, the contacts of the relay control coil are closed, the coil is turned on, the relay keeps the suction (self-locking) and the other contacts control other lines.
What should we pay attention to when touching the switch lightly?
1. When welding lightly touched switch terminals, if the load is applied on the terminals, there will be loosening, deformation and deterioration of electrical characteristics due to different conditions. Please pay attention to the use.
2. When using through-hole PCBs and PCBs other than those recommended, due to the change of thermal stress, please confirm the welding conditions in advance.
3. When welding twice, please do it after the first welding part is restored to normal temperature. Continuous heating may cause deformation of the peripheral part, loosening of the terminals, falling off and reducing the electrical characteristics.
4. As for the setting of welding conditions, it is necessary to confirm the actual batch production conditions.
5. The product is designed and manufactured on the premise of DC resistance load. When using other loads [inductive load, capacitive load], please confirm separately.
6. Installation holes and modes of printed circuit boards, please refer to the recommended dimensions recorded in the product drawings.
7. The switch should be used for the structure of the switch which is directly operated by human. It should not be used for the detection of the mechanical property of the light touch switch.
8. When touching the switch lightly, if more than specified load is applied, the switch will be damaged. Please be careful not to exert more than specified force on the switch.
9. Avoid side-by-side operation.
10. For the flat-axle pole type, press down the switch center as far as possible. For the hinge structure, the position of the axle pole will move when press down. Please pay special attention to it.
11. After the switch is installed, please contact the professionals when it passes through the regenerative hardening furnace due to hardening of the binder of other parts.
12. If corrosive gases are produced in the surrounding material of the whole machine using the switch, it may cause bad contact and other phenomena, so please make full confirmation in advance.
13. Carbon contact point has the characteristic of changing contact resistance due to push load. When it is used in voltage divider circuit, please use it after full confirmation.
14. For models other than airtight type, please pay attention to the invasion of foreign bodies.
