After quenching, we will proceed to our next step, that is, our injection molding process. Then we will assemble and inspect our products and pack them for shipment.
After so many processes, why does our light touch switch have the abnormal phenomenon of blistering after the furnace is over? Let's see in the picture on our left, our switch blistering is more serious, in fact, the problem is very simple, our SMD process will produce high temperature, LCP material itself is a high temperature resistant product, is also very consistent with the SMD process material. The problem is that in our first process of quenching, if our plastic material is quenched, if it is not completely dried, our plastic material will be carried out with a certain amount of moisture in the next process. Without high temperature operation, it is difficult to find that it will foam, so we will have a PCB test in the test step.
